FEES
Based on double occupancy. There will be a $20 extra person charge per person/per night.

Tax is 11.3% and subject to change.

DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will be refunded only if rebooked at 100% occupancy. All cancellations will be charged a 10% handling fee. Guest is responsible for all nights reserved.
